Policy Overview
Rover Capsule House manufactures customized steel-frame modular capsule homes. Because each unit is made-to-order, refundability depends on the stage of the order. We aim to be transparent and responsive; exact terms are governed by the sales agreement.
How refunds are determined
Refunds are calculated based on stage, materials and work completed, and any third party costs (shipping, customs, site prep). We provide clear communication and an itemized statement if a partial refund is issued.

How to Request a Cancellation
- Contact our Sales team by email: sales@rovercapsulehouse.com. Include your order number, buyer name, and reason for cancellation.
- Attach any relevant order documents (sales agreement, invoice, specifications).
- We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and confirm the order status (production not started / in progress / ready for shipment).
- If a refund is due, we will process in accordance with the stage rules below and initiate the refund within 14 business days after confirmation.
After delivery and installation Delivered & Installed
After on-site delivery and installation, refunds are not available. Warranty remedies are handled per the warranty and service terms in the sales agreement.

Refund Policy by Stage
Before order confirmation Pre-Deposit
No payment has been received. Buyers may cancel or request changes at any time with no fees. We recommend confirming final specifications before deposit.
Deposit Paid (60%)
A 60% deposit is required to secure production scheduling. If cancellation occurs before production starts and within 7 days of deposit, we will refund the deposit in full minus a small administrative fee (5%). After production scheduling begins, deposit may be retained or partly refundable — see details.

Production In Progress
Factory fabrication stage
Once production has started (cutting, welding, assembly), orders are largely custom and non-refundable. We may offer partial credit toward a future order or repair options depending on progress and materials consumed.
Pre-shipment inspection completed Ready for Shipment
When a unit is finished and ready for shipment, cancellation is not generally accepted. If accepted in exceptional cases, costs for transport preparation and finalization will be deducted from any refund.
